Janua takes the privacy and security of customer data in our cloud-based platform very seriously. The platform only transmits, processes and stores data using best practices including encryption, monitoring and testing.
All data stored in the Janua system is encrypted at rest. After termination of a service, all customer records, user accounts, and data are deleted from the platform.
Janua is co-located in sophisticated data centers with industry standard certifications. These data centers are highly secure and are present in multiple locations to ensure resiliency and rapid failover in a disaster situation.

Janua services operate on hardened servers running the latest security patches.
Janua platforms are periodically scanned by multiple Information Security Providers.
Administrative user access to cloud infrastructure is strictly controlled and restricted to key staff.
All application and internal services communicate using TLS security protocol.
